I’m a first-time customer and accidentally ordered the wrong product from their complete meal range – completely my mistake. I contacted them and their team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They fixed it straight away and sent out a new batch immediately. That alone has earned my trust and respect.

The product itself is probably the best on the market. It’s packed with essential fats and vitamins you just don’t find in other protein products – not even close. And to top it off, their customer service was outstanding: extremely friendly, super helpful, and they replied to my message within 24 hours, which is almost unheard of with most companies.

Prefer this to the low carb vanilla, lower calories with all the same perks and nicer taste. Then again, I've always been a chocolate fan.

Simple. Weigh, pour, shake, drink. Know exact caloric intake, know you're getting all you need in a meal. Performs exactly as designed.

Good stuff

First time to try Qota and really amazed at the texture and flavour. Not only that, I’m not hungry for hours after a serving even though I’m on my feet for work all day. Will be continuing to purchase the low-carb range 👏

It's great. Smooth, mixes well. Tastes... mild and inoffensive. That's what I like - minimal, but not unpleasant. There is a hint of sweetness, almost none. So. I love it.

No surprises. You get what is offered.

Way cheaper than the cafe near work, way more spontaneous than meal prepping, and good for making sure I don’t go hungry when I commute by bike. It can sometimes be hard to figure out what extra food to eat for my very active days, so this answers that question.

Delicious and filling!

I like cooking and I love good food, but I have ADHD and sometimes find it difficult to even figure out what to eat, let alone prepare it.

Pretty frequently I just forget to eat and only notice I’m hungry when I’m ravenous and bleary — what I think cyclists call “bonking”. Once I’m there I really need something extremely easy to eat to make the hunger go away, and in the past that’s been snacks like chips or chocolate. Which are fine, but not as a meal replacement.

These QOTA shakes help with both problems — if I can’t collect my thoughts enough to figure out what to eat, I go for these. If forgot to eat and I’m so hungry that it’s a serious problem, I go for these.

For the vegan shakes I swap 100mL of water for 100mL of soy milk to make it creamier and I flavour it with the Hershey's chocolate goop, not sure what it’s called.

I do wish it didn’t have Sucralose as my wife would like to have them but has had migraines brought on by non-sugar sweeteners in the past and is afraid to try. Since it’s unflavoured I’m not sure why they’ve bothered to sweeten it. Just a suggestion.

I've had this cous cous for well over a year now- it's filling, yummy and easy to make.

An easy go-to when a quick meal is required or convenient and also tastes great/mixes easily.

Really enjoying QOTA to provide a quick delicious meal. The flavours are great and it mixes easy. Been using it regularly for top-up calories, or when I don't have time to make a meal. Usually add an extra scoop of protein powder, and cacao powder for bonus nutrients.
