The shaker is great, does the job and seals well - the cap is secure and they are easy to clean. I did break one of them.. but that was on account of me dropping in whilst shaking a full shake. It didn't even go everywhere, the lid just cracked a bit but I had a spare.
Prefer this to the low carb vanilla, lower calories with all the same perks and nicer taste. Then again, I've always been a chocolate fan.
Simple. Weigh, pour, shake, drink. Know exact caloric intake, know you're getting all you need in a meal. Performs exactly as designed.
