VITAMIN D
Vitamin D is often called the sunshine vitamin - but despite our sunny climate in Australia, around 1/3 of Aussies are deficient in Vitamin D. Vitamin D is essential to regulate the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, to facilitate normal immune system function and supporting normal growth and development of bones and teeth.
VITAMIN C
Want to avoid scurvy?! Vitamin C can’t be stored in the body, so you need it in your diet every day. Vitamin C protects cells, maintains healthy skin, helps to absorb iron, supports the immune system, and maintains cartilage, bones, and teeth.
CALCIUM
Almost 99% of the body’s calcium is found in the bones. There, it combines with other minerals to give your bones strength and structure. Some calcium is also required for heart, muscle, blood and nerve function. If you don’t get enough calcium in your diet, your body takes it from your bones which affects bone density and increases the risk of osteoporosis.
ZINC
Zinc is an essential mineral delivering an amazing 16 health benefits - but your body cannot make it on its own! Zinc aids in metabolism, digestion, nerve function and many other processes. In addition, it’s critical for the development and function of immune cells.
Macros
Macronutrients are the three main nutrients that make up our food. We need these in large quantities to be healthy - hence the name macro - but the particular ratio can depend on your goals.
PROTEIN
Protein is an essential nutrient for the human body and the building block of lean muscle. Protein is made from amino acids which are broken down and absorbed during digestion. There are 9 essential amino acids required for human health.
FATS
Fats are primarily used for energy. Two essential fats are required for human health – omega 3 and omega 6. Both are polyunsaturated fatty acids, with omega-3 a crucial part of human cell membranes. The human body cannot produce either omega 3 or 6 so you must get them from your food.
CARBS
Carbs are our body’s main source of fuel, and a necessary component of proper cellular function. Healthy carbohydrates help maintain healthy blood sugar, fuel your brain, and give your body energy to burn fat for weight loss.

INGREDIENTS
OAT FLOUR
Made from whole oats, oat flour is a highly nutritious source of carbs. Containing manganese, thiamin, phosphorous and selenium, it’s also packed with beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that helps improve cholesterol, heart health, and blood sugar levels. Our oats are sourced from South Australia.
WHEY PROTEIN
Whey protein is a premium source of both protein and amino acids, which help to build lean muscle. Our whey protein is ultra-filtrated and comes from beautiful Warrnambool, on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
MCT OIL
MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are a type of fat found in coconut and palm kernels. MCTs are beneficial because they are quickly absorbed and used by the body for energy. Our MCT oil is certified as produced in an environmentally and socially responsible manner, and traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process (RSPO Mass Balance Certification).
SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE
Soy protein isolate is a complete protein, meaning it contains all the essential amino acids the body needs but cannot produce on its own. These amino acids are important for building and repairing tissues, producing hormones and enzymes, and supporting immune function.
COUS COUS
Cous cous is a type of small grain pasta made from semolina wheat. It is a source of carbohydrates and provides a moderate amount of calories and protein. After preparation it has a light fluffy texture and mild wheat flavour that makes it very appealing to eat. The spices used in our Moroccan Cous Cous add a warm, earthy and slightly spicy flavour.
