I liked the idea of having a samples option for

I liked the idea of having a samples option for new customers to try different products, I enjoyed them all and concluded a favourite for my future orders, the package arrived quickly in great condition, I wished to have an option to include all products in a sampler also, and include the option to replace the bottle with a measuring cup

Low-Carb Choc Powder
First time trying Qota!

First time to try Qota and really amazed at the texture and flavour. Not only that, I’m not hungry for hours after a serving even though I’m on my feet for work all day. Will be continuing to purchase the low-carb range 👏

Chocolate Powder
Chalky but convenient, the only shake that isn't disgustingly sweet

I love these meal replacements, keeps me full for hours and convenient when I need a quick breakfast or don't want a full meal. Really good for women or anyone with ADHD who needs extra protein.

I make mine with less liquid, only 200ml soy milk and then top with a little water. The chocolate flavour is kind of chalky and bland, but it's good with some milo added. Not as good as Birthday Cake. Love that none of the flavours are sweet or artificial tasting.

Salted Caramel Powder
Decent meal, flavour is weak

Filling, easy to use and texture is fine with full cream milk. Flavour is not very strong, but can be improved with a teaspoon of instant coffee

Moroccan Cous Cous (Hot and Savoury)
Exceeds expectation for a packet meal

Title says it all. With just a pinch of salt and smoked paprika, this cous cous makes for a quick and filling meal. Will definitely be ordering again

Not healthy and tasted gross

After doing some more research regarding meal replacement shakes, I came to the conclusion that this product is not really 'healthy' in the sense that most people would understand that word.

Carbohydrates are derived in large part from maltodextrin, almost certainly bought from overseas, and derived from chemical processing of plant starches. These food additives and are digested rapidly, yeilding glucose. While they are generally recognized as safe for food and beverage manufacturing, they are not 'healthy,' and due to their rapid production of glucose, digestible maltodextrins are potential risks for people with diabetes.

Similarly, protein is derived from highly processed soy protein isolate, likely derived from cheap overseas sources.

Users are deluding themselves if they believe that a penny's worth of synthetic vitamins purchased from a laboratory in China can provide them with the same health benefits as when the same micronutrients are consumed from actual foods, which our body evolved over millions of years to consume.

I could go on, about the artificial sweeteners, etc

In short, advertising this product as 'healthy' is an outright lie. Regular consumption of this chemical product would be disastrous to health. No person serious about their own health would consume this product.

Also tasted gross, real sandy and gritty, even in spite of blending in a nutribullet

Vegan Powder
Great for ADHD

I like cooking and I love good food, but I have ADHD and sometimes find it difficult to even figure out what to eat, let alone prepare it.

Pretty frequently I just forget to eat and only notice I’m hungry when I’m ravenous and bleary — what I think cyclists call “bonking”. Once I’m there I really need something extremely easy to eat to make the hunger go away, and in the past that’s been snacks like chips or chocolate. Which are fine, but not as a meal replacement.

These QOTA shakes help with both problems — if I can’t collect my thoughts enough to figure out what to eat, I go for these. If forgot to eat and I’m so hungry that it’s a serious problem, I go for these.

For the vegan shakes I swap 100mL of water for 100mL of soy milk to make it creamier and I flavour it with the Hershey's chocolate goop, not sure what it’s called.

I do wish it didn’t have Sucralose as my wife would like to have them but has had migraines brought on by non-sugar sweeteners in the past and is afraid to try. Since it’s unflavoured I’m not sure why they’ve bothered to sweeten it. Just a suggestion.

Vanilla Powder
Easy to drink

It’s a solid meal replacement especially with an added scoop of protein powder, mixes well and goes down easy. I actually also quite enjoy the taste and texture of the powder too, very happy overall :)

Surprisingly satisfied

I was one of those people who used to say « I will never understand people having diet shakes or protein shakes! »
Here I am opening my mind to a new angle that allows me to work more efficiently, save money, save time, and more importantly I wasn’t enjoying my lunch breaks at work (always in the rush, not enjoying food) and this meal replacement shake is brining me what I need for the day and I appreciate food at home with my family.

Moroccan Cous Cous (Hot and Savoury)
Love! Wish every company had samples

I got the vegan protein powder and the Moroccan cous cous samples. The vegan powder is fantastic, I need meal replacements for medical reasons and so many are either sickeningly sweet and/or reduced calorie. I loved that this was truly neutral in flavour and still had all the macro nutrients for a proper meal. Will be buying the full sized one. I wasn't a fan of the cous cous, but that was just down to personal preference. Great product and so happy i didn't have to commit to the full size versions to try it.

Very gritty and bland texture. Works in a pinch but not enjoyable.

Love the smaller packs

Love the samplers for not having to commit to a giant bag when I want to try a flavour.
The sample size is a good enough size to give you an idea if this is the product for you

Highly recommend the vegan for a comepletely neutral flavour
Morrocan Cous Cous is good for a side but needs something else with it, I find it a bit much for an entire meal. But it tastes very good
Looking forward to the Thai Green Curry coming out in sample size so I can try that too!
