Way cheaper than the cafe near work, way more spontaneous than meal prepping, and good for making sure I don’t go hungry when I commute by bike. It can sometimes be hard to figure out what extra food to eat for my very active days, so this answers that question.

These shakes are so good! I do really like the neutralness of the vegan flavour - but the chocolate flavour I previously said I did not like in my initial review has absolutely grown on me! Definitely give the flavours a few tries before concluding judgement ;)
This have been a life saver for me. I have chronic symptoms related to my hiatal hernia which prevents me from keeping foods down. Whilst waiting for surgery, this powder has been helping me get much need nutrients on days where eating feels too hard.Very affordable, easy on the stomach and is a good base if you want to give it some flavour.

It does lack flavour, but it's easy to make it work by mixing it with chocolate coconut water! Best thing about this product, is that it's not grainy at all when it's mixed! So good to have a a vegan option. I've been getting it for a while now, and it really helps when my appetite is low, & when I'm super busy with work and don't have time to get a nutritional meal in. It's also been gut friendly, which I'm so relieved about, as I have a lot of intolerances, and it doesn't aggravate my gut at all! 😊😊😊

I am vegan, recovering from disordered eating and also have ADHD which makes regular meals challenging at times.I am SO HAPPY to have found this. It’s quite yummy, good texture. I’ve ordered some sample sachets for travelling when meals can be hard. Thank you!!!
