Smooth, blends easily, low bubbles when shaken, and neutral. I often blend my own flavours or sweeteners to adjust my meals to taste. Honestly even unflavoured it's really good, but I love it with some chocolate syrup and my partner enjoys pumpkin spice in it.
For the prep time and nutrition it's unbeatable.

I like this vegan shake as it has no strong taste of artificial flavouring. For a bit of extra flavour one can add some honey if desired. I mix it with some oats and it makes a light yet filling complete meal shake. Very satisfying.

If you are a vegan you will definitely enjoy this meal, especially if you add on a zero-sugar flavoured syrup for taste enhancement, it is also great and light on the stomach if you are looking for a quick and healthy meal.

This have been a life saver for me. I have chronic symptoms related to my hiatal hernia which prevents me from keeping foods down. Whilst waiting for surgery, this powder has been helping me get much need nutrients on days where eating feels too hard.Very affordable, easy on the stomach and is a good base if you want to give it some flavour.

I am obsessed with this! I love the taste and feel much healthier since first giving it a go about a month ago. Great customer service too!

Way cheaper than the cafe near work, way more spontaneous than meal prepping, and good for making sure I don’t go hungry when I commute by bike. It can sometimes be hard to figure out what extra food to eat for my very active days, so this answers that question.

It does lack flavour, but it's easy to make it work by mixing it with chocolate coconut water! Best thing about this product, is that it's not grainy at all when it's mixed! So good to have a a vegan option. I've been getting it for a while now, and it really helps when my appetite is low, & when I'm super busy with work and don't have time to get a nutritional meal in. It's also been gut friendly, which I'm so relieved about, as I have a lot of intolerances, and it doesn't aggravate my gut at all! 😊😊😊

I've used Aussielent/Qota on and off for many years and this product is one I always come back to when I just need convenience. I am not sure how something can taste so neutral but be so satisfying at the same time - it's not delicious in the conventional sense, but I find myself craving it. Great product that makes starting the day a breeze!

By starting every morning with qota, I’ve got myself off to a good start for the day.

I have mine with peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, or chocolate syrup and it takes on the flavours pretty well. Flavoured vegan options would be nice to save me the extra step, but this is the next best thing

I’m not vegan, but don’t cope well with dairy proteins so this was a perfect find for a meal replacement. Neutral flavour lets me do whatever I want with it.

Same ol' taste as it used to be. $3.50 a meal works out real nice. I bought about $300 worth, which was plenty for about a meal a day 5 days a week. I use it as a quick meal at work to keep powering through for the day. Thanks Qota. Keep it up.

Working from home I find it so much easier to have this than worry about meal prep or left overs. Taste great (I add a little peanut butter) and I find it keeps my full till the afternoon.

I use this as a replacement for breakfast to save me time and effort in the morning. After reading other reviews I mix in some chocolate milkshake flavouring and once adding water and shaking, let it sit for a bit and then shake again which gets rid of any powdery bits. Have been using for about 3 months now and am a big fan!

I have these meals as an easy lunch at work so I don't have to prep too much before hand. Leaves me full and satisfied! Would love more Vegan friendly flavours but I can always add my own ^^
