Filling, easy to use and texture is fine with full cream milk. Flavour is not very strong, but can be improved with a teaspoon of instant coffee
Title says it all. With just a pinch of salt and smoked paprika, this cous cous makes for a quick and filling meal. Will definitely be ordering again
If you like Vanilla flavour you will love this product and enjoy its taste plus the amazing nutritional value.

Amazing nutritions and protein content, but taste wise I would rank it at the bottom of the list:
1-Low Carb Vanilla.
2-Coffee.
3-Salted Caramel.
4-Low Carb Chocolate.
5-High Protein Chocolate.
Mixing it with coconut milk makes it much better.
My friend recommended Qota to me, and I like it so much! I will order two packs of meal replacement every time I finish them, one in office and one at home.
It’s very convenient and saves much time.🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hi,
I have been somewhat disappointed with the shakes as I feel they are quite watery, even using soy milk instead.
I am unsure what consistency they are supposed to be but I was expecting a shake with more substance.
Qota low-carb powders do make a smoother thinner shake that the Qota Complete powders. I can see that you have purchase a sample pack of our Complete Powder and you'll find the shake is a lot thicker and will leave you feeling fuller as it is also a bigger meal.
Quick and easy meal substitute with nutritients packed, helping me to tick my daily protein intake.
I liked the idea of having a samples option for new customers to try different products, I enjoyed them all and concluded a favourite for my future orders, the package arrived quickly in great condition, I wished to have an option to include all products in a sampler also, and include the option to replace the bottle with a measuring cup
I was interested in this product especially as a Melbournian but while it advertises Omega-3s it actually contains mostly Omega-6s in a really unhealthy ratio. In not sure why, since the ingredients don't least added seed oils, but it would be very easy for the correct omega ratio to be achieved cheaply enough using flax or chia which have a 4:1 3-6 ratio and fit the flavour profile or use algal oil which again would be more suitable than fish oil. Otherwise I'd really love the product. But I can't consume something that's well known to be a health hazard and especially when the product purports to be aware of things like this, it makes me want to deep dive the other nutrients to be certain it's what I need because I seems like such an simple to avoid oversight. If you can improve the ratio you would have a much better product.
Would also love to see more Australian ingredients here, most of the listed ingredients are not expensive and easily sourced on home soil. International food standards can become really important in protein concentrates because heavy metals are also often concentrated.
I tried several flavors, and my friends and I like the chocolate one best.
I usually blend it with milk using a small blender, enabling me to prepare lunch in two minutes . It really saved my life when I’m very busy. Will keep ordering this product!
After doing some more research regarding meal replacement shakes, I came to the conclusion that this product is not really 'healthy' in the sense that most people would understand that word.
Carbohydrates are derived in large part from maltodextrin, almost certainly bought from overseas, and derived from chemical processing of plant starches. These food additives and are digested rapidly, yeilding glucose. While they are generally recognized as safe for food and beverage manufacturing, they are not 'healthy,' and due to their rapid production of glucose, digestible maltodextrins are potential risks for people with diabetes.
Similarly, protein is derived from highly processed soy protein isolate, likely derived from cheap overseas sources.
Users are deluding themselves if they believe that a penny's worth of synthetic vitamins purchased from a laboratory in China can provide them with the same health benefits as when the same micronutrients are consumed from actual foods, which our body evolved over millions of years to consume.
I could go on, about the artificial sweeteners, etc
In short, advertising this product as 'healthy' is an outright lie. Regular consumption of this chemical product would be disastrous to health. No person serious about their own health would consume this product.
Also tasted gross, real sandy and gritty, even in spite of blending in a nutribullet
Start the day feeling less bloated and without the mid-morning snack cravings. Low Carb Chocolate has all you need to replace any meal.
I really enjoyed the QOTA Low-Carb Chocolate powder. It’s super convenient. The chocolate flavour is smooth and actually tastes good, not overly heavy. It kept me full for hours, so it’s perfect for busy days. Definitely a great option if you want something quick, low-carb, and enjoyable.
Similar to the regular vanilla, but waaay sweeter and not as pleasant. Find myself chugging it just to get it down. Also very pricey. Mix it with a banana and it's all good.
So handy when you’re low carb and hate thinking about meals nutrition and meal prep! Just having these for breakfast and occasionally lunch helps soo much. Plus it works out to like $3 a meal? Bargain
Simple is best. Tip: add a shot of espresso for a brilliant breakky mocha.
Coffee soylent once a morning is such a simple and easy way to start the day, would definitely recommend just on its own, or as a base for some incredible coffee shakes. Great taste, great consistency.
Love it! Great for PCOS management! I struggle to eat a big enough breakfast everyday, and most shakes still have high-carb to balance that out. In managing my condition (PCOS) I need to have bigger breakfasts, with high protien. These shakes make that so much easier, they're easy to drink and I have them with some peppermint olive-leaf oil. Goes down great, even as a person with texture issues. Highly reccomend.
