Quick delicious and nutritious fix

Really enjoying QOTA to provide a quick delicious meal. The flavours are great and it mixes easy. Been using it regularly for top-up calories, or when I don't have time to make a meal. Usually add an extra scoop of protein powder, and cacao powder for bonus nutrients.

Good meal replacement

A good shake, I’m very happy it doesn’t have artificial sweetener in it. It tastes like oats or wheat with a hint of chocolate, pretty good if you’re after a proper replacement unrelated to VLCD diets.

It tastes great except...

I like the taste. It tastes like chocolate flavoured oats, but I wouuld prefer that it didn't have any soy based ingredients. I probably won't buy again unless the soy ingredients are removed.
